Nitecore MH10 LED Torch
It is not everyday you get to see a powerful yet compact torch such as the Nitecore MH10. It is a whopping 1000 lumens torch that is only 130mm long and weighs 75g (without batteries). The MH10 is definitely one of the world's smallest rechargeable torch that is capable of producing such powerful light. At the highest output, it can run up to 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the type of batteries used. At the lowest output of 1 lumen, it can run for up to 300 hours.
The body is as durable as the torch is powerful. It is constructed from aircraft grade aluminum alloy with HAIII military grade hard anodizing. This makes it virtually indestructible and very resistant to scratches. It is also waterproof and submersible in water up to 2 meters. The charging port is also water and dust resistant.

I use a torch every day in a harsh marine environment and need a robust, water (salt) resistant, bright, reliable and long battery life product. This unit appears to be up to task. It would be good to have a beam focus which I thought was part of the package. But it is not essential. Well made and robust. All round good product. It's a pity we can't manufacture the same in Australia (Posted on 6/10/2017)Overall Score
